The beta service
Jenna is a design service that helps you shape a brief, create and edit visual work, organize project assets, and ask the Jenna team for help. Generative tools work behind the scenes. The beta may change, experience interruptions, apply usage limits, or remove features as we improve it.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to use Jenna. Keep access to your sign-in email secure and use the service only for lawful business or personal design work.
Beta pricing and availability
Billing is not currently active. The displayed $99 monthly price is the planned launch price, not a current charge or promise of unlimited beta usage. During the beta, workspaces may have daily generation or voice limits, and we may adjust capacity to protect reliability.
Before introducing paid service, we will present the applicable price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, taxes, included usage, and any additional terms for acceptance.
Your content and responsibilities
You keep the rights you have in text, images, logos, product photos, links, and other material you submit. You give Jenna and its service providers permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for submitted content, requested people or brands, claims, offers, contact details, and the way you publish or use outputs. Do not upload confidential or sensitive material unless it is necessary and appropriate for the beta.
Work made with Jenna
Subject to applicable law and provider terms, Jenna does not claim ownership of the designs made for you. They may not be unique, protectable, accurate, production-ready, or free of similarity to other work. Other customers may receive similar results.
You must review outputs before publication. Check spelling, claims, likenesses, trademarks, logos, product truth, platform requirements, print dimensions, bleed, color, and any legal disclosures. Jenna is a creative tool, not legal clearance or a substitute for professional production review.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may pause or end access when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, the service, or our providers, including for abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or repeated attempts to bypass safeguards.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The private beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular design outcome, commercial performance, legal clearance, or preservation of every beta feature.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jenna will not be responsible for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the beta. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Ending access and changes
You may stop using the beta at any time. We may suspend or close beta access, and we will use reasonable efforts to allow asset retrieval when practical. Terms that logically survive—such as rights, disclaimers, and responsibility for prior use—continue after access ends.
We may update these terms as Jenna changes. Material updates will receive a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. For terms questions, use Stuck? Ask the Jenna team in your authenticated workspace.
