How the work is made

Work & copyright

Jenna combines your direction, reference material, and generative tools. Here’s what that means for ownership, originality, and responsible use.

How Jenna makes the work

Generative models help Jenna understand requests, shape creative direction, transcribe voice, and create or edit images. You should still review every design before it goes out into the world.

Your inputs and outputs

You keep the rights you already have in material you provide. Make sure you are allowed to use uploaded images, product photography, logos, fonts, names, likenesses, and other references.

Subject to applicable law and model-provider terms, Jenna does not claim ownership of the designs generated for you. Copyright law differs by country and may require meaningful human authorship. A generated image may not qualify for copyright protection, and we cannot promise exclusivity or registration eligibility.

Similarity and originality

Generative systems can produce similar work for different users. Outputs may unintentionally resemble existing styles, compositions, characters, logos, or protected works. Jenna’s Vibe Library communicates visual mechanisms and taste; it is not a license to copy another creator’s protected expression.

Before using important public work—especially a logo, identity system, packaging, campaign, or merchandise—perform an originality and trademark review appropriate to the risk. For logos, Jenna should be treated as a concept-development tool until the selected mark has been cleared and rebuilt in production-ready vector form.

People, products, and truth

Review people, product details, packaging, labels, contact information, offers, and factual claims. Do not imply a real person’s endorsement or depict an invented event as authentic. If an image is materially synthetic and could mislead a reasonable viewer, label it clearly.

Production review

Generated files can be excellent creative masters, but final use may require additional work. Check dimensions, safe zones, crops, color mode, bleed, resolution, accessibility, platform rules, font and image licensing, and legal copy before publication or print.

A useful rule: use Jenna to move from a rough idea to a strong visual direction quickly; use human judgment to decide whether the final piece is accurate, lawful, accessible, and ready for its real-world destination.
